Hello and welcome to Hilltop Skin Care. My name is Brookes Brown and I am the owner and operator of Hilltop Electrolysis and now Hilltop Skin Care.
I started this journey in 2016 in the town of Cobourg, Ontario where I opened my own electrolysis studio after developing a passion for permanent hair removal.
As my business grew I became the Vice Chair of the Federation of Canadian Electrolysis Association (FCEA) Ontario Chapter where I visit electrolysis students throughout the province, as well as work together with my fellow executives to operate and excel in the association. In September 2022 I was elected as the Chairperson and have began my new role within the association.
As a mother of two beautiful daughters, I understand the importance of feeling confident in your skin with safe products.The longer I worked in the industry, the more aware I became that Canada was missing out on exceptional products mostly because of cross border fees.
